Skip day

After skiing two days over the weekend, followed by a HIIT and step class after work, it hurts to sit stand and walk. So today I took an off day from the gym.  I still got some steps in at Target while I picked up cleaning supplies.  I also took time when I got home to do a long stretch, including a few yoga poses.  If you take a day off, try to do a long stretch or take a walk!

While I was at work today, I had pork loin cooking low and slow in the crock pot.  And I served it with rolls and coleslaw.   Yummy!
